Report a profile, project, photo, requirement or message, and follow what happens next.
For everyone
Every profile, project, photo, requirement and message on Apture has Report. The person is not told who reported them.
Send a report
- Choose Report this profile, Report this project, Report this requirement, or Report this message. On a project you can report the whole project or one photo.
- Pick the reason that fits.
- Under What happened?, describe the problem in a few sentences.
- Choose Send report. You'll get a reference number.
Follow your reports
Go to Support to see Your submitted reports, with each one's status.
Without an account
Anyone can send a complaint to our Grievance Officer from the Contact page, with or without an account. We acknowledge it within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 days.
