Which fields are on Apture?
Architecture, Interior Design, Event Planning and Photography, for individuals and for studios and firms, across India.
Do I need projects on my profile to start?
You can start without them, but clients decide by seeing your work. Add your best projects with good photos and a few words on each, and your profile will do much of the talking.
Who sees my phone number and email?
No one. They are not shown on your profile or to other users.
Projects and proposals
Which requirements can I respond to?
Requirements in your field. For other fields you'll see the whole project and a Refer button, so you can pass it to a colleague.
Can I message a client directly?
Your first step is the proposal. When the client replies, the conversation opens in your Messages.
Can I change a proposal after sending it?
Yes, until the client opens it. After that it is locked, and you can still withdraw it.
Working with clients
What is the Timeline?
Once you're hired, the project runs on a shared Timeline: its stages, your updates, the client's decisions and approvals, and every file, all the way to handover.
How do reviews work?
Reviews come only from clients whose project with you was completed on Apture, and they appear on your public profile.
Safety
How do I keep my account secure?
Turn on two-step sign-in in Settings, so a code from your authenticator app is needed as well as your password. See Trust & safety.
