Getting started
Who can I find on Apture?
Architects, interior designers, event planners and photographers, working on their own or as studios and firms, across India.
Do I need every detail before I post?
No. Start with what you know: the field, the place and what you have in mind. Your requirement is saved as a draft while you write it, so you can come back to it.
Can I look at professionals before posting?
Yes. Search professionals by field, services and city, open their profiles and projects, and save the ones you like.
Proposals and hiring
Who sees my requirement?
Professionals on Apture can see it, and only professionals in its field can send a proposal. Your phone number and email are not shown to anyone.
Will professionals message me out of the blue?
No. A professional's first step is a proposal. A conversation starts only when you reply.
How do I hire someone?
Reply to their proposal and talk it through in Messages. When you're ready, press Hire on the proposal or in the chat. They send you the agreement to approve, and the project opens on its Timeline.
During the project
What happens after I hire?
Your project moves to its Timeline: the stages of the work, the updates, the files and the things waiting for your approval, shared with the professional or studio you hired.
Can I stop receiving proposals?
Yes. Pause your project at any time and new proposals stop; the conversations you have already started can carry on.
Safety
How do I report a problem?
Use Report on any profile, project, photo or message. The person is not told who reported them.
