Set up your studio and invite your team
Run a company on Apture: invite people with a link, give each a role, and work on client projects together.
For professionals
Invite a team member
- Go to Settings, then Team.
- Choose Invite a team member and add their name, email address and role.
- Choose Create invite link, then Copy link or Share on WhatsApp.
The link works for seven days until it's used. A studio can have up to 25 people besides the owner, with up to 10 invite links waiting at once. You can make a New link or Revoke one that's waiting.
Roles
- Owner: everything, including handing over the company.
- Admin: sees and manages everything the owner does, apart from handing over the company.
- Editor: works on the projects they're added to: tasks, notes, files, comments and team chat.
- Viewer: can read the projects they're added to.
Working together
When a client hires your studio, open the project from Projects. Each project has Summary, Team, Tasks, Team chat, Notes, Files and History, for up to eight people. Everyone sees their own tasks in My tasks.
