Download your data or delete your account
Get a copy of everything you've entered on Apture, or delete your account for good.

Download your data
Go to Settings: Account management for clients, Account for professionals. Under Download your data, choose Download. You'll get a file with everything you've entered on Apture.
Delete your account
- In the same place, choose Delete account.
- Read what will happen, then type DELETE to confirm.
- Choose Delete my account.
For your security, Apture asks you to sign in again first if you haven't signed in recently.
What happens:
- Your sign-in, name, contact details, profile and portfolio are deleted, with the photos and files you uploaded.
- Messages you sent, and accepted projects, stay for the other person, shown as "Deleted user".
- As the law requires, a sealed record of your name, email, phone and sign-up date is kept for 180 days, then erased. No one on Apture can see it.
